What we do?

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

Architectural design is the main activity of our office. We design different types of buildings and levels of project elaboration, all according to your needs and possibilities. It includes the creation of project documentation, from the conceptual solution as a basis for obtaining special construction conditions; of the main project for obtaining a building permit, up to executive projects for the construction site.

TECHNICAL CONSULTING

The technical consulting service implies an advisory and operational role, especially in conditions when the investor is unable to actively participate in the realization of the project. Our technical consulting service for investors includes: financial, legal and technical consulting in connection with the design, construction, use and removal of buildings, as well as connecting and harmonizing the work of expert teams participating in construction and supervising their work for the purpose of protecting the rights and interests of investors.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Designing and equipping the interior is a complex and long-term process that determines the success of the project in a visual sense. It is often difficult for clients to imagine how many elements need to be combined in order to achieve an organized and pleasant whole, and how much skill is needed to manage such a process. Mutual understanding between the designer and the client is crucial, and our experience helps us to easily understand the client's wishes and translate them into the space.

URBANISM

Urbanism deals with the planning, development and management of urban space. Urban planners work on the development of urban areas, on the creation of sustainable urban plans and provide advice and guidance for urban regeneration and renewal.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE

Landscape architecture is a discipline that deals with the design of outdoor spaces, including parks, gardens, squares and other public spaces. Landscape architects work to create functional, aesthetic and sustainable spaces that provide users with a pleasant stay in nature.

SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT OF PROJECTS

Each project requires supervision "on the spot" in order to comply with the requirements from the design of the implementation project, the quality of the works performed, and promptly solve any problems so that there are no subsequent costs in the project. Design supervision of interior design has certain specificities that manifest themselves in the final phase of the project. Project supervision and management are key to ensuring successful and efficient project implementation.
